Helping Enterprises Make Smarter Decisions with Explainable AI

Founded in 2024 by Vipul Prakash, FireAI has developed a causal decision intelligence platform that enables enterprises to move beyond traditional dashboards by providing real-time, explainable business insights.

Unlike conventional analytics platforms that primarily describe historical data, FireAI focuses on identifying the underlying causes behind business events, enabling organizations to make faster and more informed strategic decisions.

Built for enterprise scale deployments, the platform supports more than 90 languages and integrates seamlessly with existing enterprise systems, making it suitable for organizations operating across diverse markets.

AI-Powered Platform Delivers Actionable Business Intelligence

FireAI combines anomaly detection, causal chain analysis, and a natural language interface to simplify complex business analytics.

Through conversational AI, business leaders can ask questions in natural language and receive traceable, explainable insights instead of relying solely on static reports and dashboards.

By integrating directly with enterprise software, the platform helps organizations uncover root causes behind operational trends, improve decision making, and respond more quickly to changing business conditions.

Its focus on explainability also addresses the growing enterprise demand for transparent and trustworthy artificial intelligence solutions.

Serving Enterprises Across Multiple Industries

FireAI has built a diverse customer base spanning both public and private sector organizations.

Its clients include IRCTC, Plum, Dana Choga, Living Liquidz, Government e-Marketplace (GeM), and Noise, among others.

The platform is currently being used across industries such as logistics, banking, government services, and consumer brands, reflecting the growing adoption of AI-powered decision intelligence across enterprise operations.

Strong Business Momentum Fuels Growth

According to FireAI, the company has recorded 82% quarter-on-quarter growth in realized revenue, demonstrating increasing demand for its enterprise AI solutions.

It also reported a 520% quarter-on-quarter increase in total contract value (TCV), driven by rapid customer acquisition and deeper engagement across multiple industry verticals.

The company attributes this growth to rising enterprise adoption of explainable AI technologies that help organizations convert large volumes of business data into actionable strategic insights.

Enterprise AI Adoption Continues to Accelerate

As businesses increasingly invest in artificial intelligence to improve operational efficiency and decision-making, platforms focused on explainable and causal AI are attracting greater investor attention.

Unlike traditional business intelligence tools that primarily report historical performance, decision intelligence platforms enable organizations to understand why events occur and identify actions that can improve future outcomes.

With fresh funding from SucSEED Indovation Fund, expanding enterprise adoption, and strong revenue momentum, FireAI is well positioned to strengthen its presence in India’s rapidly evolving enterprise AI ecosystem. The company plans to continue investing in technology, product innovation, and market expansion as organizations increasingly seek intelligent, transparent, and data-driven decision-making solutions.
