Enterprise AI services startup Hang Ten Systems has raised $32 million in a seed funding round led by Mayfield, with participation from Aramco Ventures and a group of Silicon Valley angel investors.

The fresh capital will be used to expand the company’s workforce and scale its engagements with large global enterprises as demand for AI-driven enterprise transformation continues to accelerate.

What Does Hang Ten Systems Do?

Founded by former Infosys CEO and former SAP Executive Board member Vishal Sikka, Palo Alto based Hang Ten Systems helps enterprises deploy artificial intelligence across business operations and software systems.

The company follows an AI-native approach to software engineering, combining agentic code generation, reusable skills libraries, and domain specific expertise to help businesses reduce the cost, complexity, and time involved in software development, customization, integration, and maintenance.

Hang Ten aims to enable enterprises to build and operate software significantly faster through AI-powered automation.

Which Companies Are Using Hang Ten’s AI Platform?

According to the company, Hang Ten is already working with several large global enterprises, including Fresenius and Siemens entities, to deploy AI across business operations.

The startup said it is supporting organizations such as Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy and Fresenius in adopting AI-native project delivery models to improve operational efficiency and accelerate digital transformation.

What Did Vishal Sikka Say About Enterprise AI?

Announcing the company’s launch on LinkedIn, Vishal Sikka said enterprise AI represents one of the biggest technology shifts for businesses worldwide.

“Every single enterprise will be transformed by AI. A few are already reaping massive benefits, building in days what used to take years. But most are stuck at the starting line, or worse, and the gap is widening every day,” Sikka said.

He described Hang Ten as an enterprise AI services company focused on helping organizations adopt artificial intelligence at scale.

Who Else Is Backing Hang Ten Systems?

Alongside Mayfield and Aramco Ventures, the company has attracted backing from several Silicon Valley angel investors.

Sikka also announced that Yahoo co-founder Jerry Yang has joined Hang Ten Systems’ board, strengthening the company’s leadership as it expands its enterprise AI business.

Who Is Vishal Sikka?

Vishal Sikka served as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Infosys between 2014 and 2017 before stepping down.

In 2019, he founded AI software company Vianai Systems, where he served as founder and CEO until April 2026. He currently serves on the Supervisory Board of BMW Group and has been a member of the Board of Directors at GSK since 2022.

With Hang Ten Systems, Sikka is now focused on helping enterprises accelerate AI adoption through next-generation software engineering and autonomous AI systems.
