Why Has Innefu Labs Raised A $30 Million Series B Funding Round?

Artificial intelligence-driven national security company Innefu Labs has secured $30 million in a Series B funding round led by Panthera Growth Partners, marking one of the significant funding events in India’s deep-tech and security technology ecosystem this year.

The funding round, structured through a combination of primary and secondary transactions from Panthera’s second fund, is expected to strengthen Innefu Labs’ position in the fast-growing market for sovereign AI, cybersecurity, defense intelligence, and advanced analytics solutions.

The fresh capital comes at a time when governments and enterprises worldwide are increasing investments in AI-powered security systems amid rising geopolitical tensions, cyber threats, and the growing need for trusted technology infrastructure.

How Will Innefu Labs Use The Fresh Capital?

According to the company, the proceeds from the funding round will be deployed towards global market expansion, advanced research and development, and strengthening its AI-first technology stack.

The company plans to build on its initial success in the Middle East while exploring new international opportunities across government, defense, intelligence, and enterprise sectors. In addition to geographical expansion, the investment will support the development of next-generation sovereign AI solutions designed for high-security environments.

Management believes the funding will also help accelerate its long-term roadmap and position the company for a future initial public offering (IPO).
