Enterprise AI CRM startup Superleap has raised ₹36 crore (around $3.7 million) in a pre-Series A funding round led by Peak XV’s Surge. The fresh capital will be used to accelerate product development, strengthen enterprise sales, and expand the company’s AI-native customer relationship management (CRM) platform.
The funding marks another milestone for the startup as businesses increasingly adopt AI-powered enterprise software to automate sales, improve customer engagement, and drive revenue growth.
Funding to Expand Enterprise AI Platform
According to the company, the newly raised capital will be deployed to expand its enterprise go-to-market operations, enhance its AI-powered CRM platform, and strengthen product capabilities.
The investment will support the development of new AI features while helping Superleap scale its presence among large enterprises across multiple industries.
The funding also reflects growing investor confidence in AI-native enterprise software as organizations continue investing in automation and intelligent workflow solutions.
Building an AI-Native CRM for Revenue Teams
Founded in 2024 by former Unacademy executives Subham Kumar Boundia, Alok Maurya, and Saurabh Maheshwari, Superleap has developed an AI-native CRM platform designed for sales and revenue teams.
The platform combines customer intelligence, revenue data, and AI agents to automate various stages of the sales lifecycle, enabling businesses to improve productivity and make faster, data-driven decisions.
By integrating artificial intelligence directly into CRM workflows, Superleap aims to reduce manual effort while helping organizations improve customer engagement and sales performance.
Rapid Growth Across Multiple Industries
Superleap claims to have achieved 10x growth over the past year, driven by increasing adoption of its AI-powered CRM platform.
The company currently serves customers across sectors including banking and financial services (BFSI), SaaS, education, healthcare, travel, hospitality, and media.
Its client portfolio includes leading companies such as Razorpay, Aakash Education, MediBuddy, HCL GUVI, Cars24, PagarBook, Plum, Qube Cinema, and Superhealth.
The broad customer base highlights the growing demand for AI-enabled CRM solutions across diverse industries.
Enterprise Deployments Showcase Platform Scalability
According to Superleap, several enterprise implementations demonstrate the scalability of its platform.
The company said Razorpay successfully migrated more than 10 million customer data records to Superleap within 45 days, while Aakash Education transitioned around 5,000 counsellors across 400 locations to the platform in less than 60 days.
These large-scale deployments highlight the platform’s ability to support enterprise-grade migration and operational requirements.
Integrated AI Suite for Modern Sales Teams
Superleap offers a comprehensive suite of AI-powered products designed to support revenue operations.
Its platform includes SuperOS for centralized data management, SuperSense for customer intelligence, and SuperAgents for automating sales and revenue workflows.
The company also provides AI voice bots and integrations with widely used enterprise tools such as WhatsApp, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Claude, and ChatGPT, enabling organizations to incorporate AI into existing business processes with minimal disruption.
Strong Investor Backing Supports Future Growth
In addition to Peak XV’s Surge, Superleap is backed by Gruhas, Supermorpheus Group, and several prominent angel investors.
Its investor roster includes Deepinder Goyal, Kunal Shah, Gaurav Munjal, Anupam Mittal, Mukesh Bansal, and Nikhil Kamath, reflecting strong confidence from some of India’s leading entrepreneurs and startup investors.
With fresh capital, a rapidly growing customer base, and an AI-first approach to enterprise CRM, Superleap is well positioned to capitalize on the increasing demand for intelligent sales automation solutions. As businesses continue embracing artificial intelligence to improve productivity and customer engagement, the startup aims to strengthen its position in India’s fast-growing enterprise software market.
