D2C watch brand Bruno Milano has raised Rs 7.5 crore in a fresh funding round led by Sauce VC, as the Noida-based startup looks to expand its presence across India and strengthen its position in the growing affordable watch segment.
The round also saw participation from Titan Capital and angel investors, including Arjun Purkayastha, Unacademy co-founder Roman Saini and Kitty Agarwal.
Bruno Milano to Expand Product Portfolio and Distribution
The company plans to deploy the fresh capital towards expanding its market presence, launching new watch collections and designs, and increasing its availability across major e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms.
The funding comes as Bruno Milano looks to scale its direct-to-consumer model and reach a wider customer base through digital-first distribution channels.
The brand currently sells through its own website, leading e-commerce platforms and quick-commerce channels, allowing customers to access its products across multiple online touchpoints.
Building an Affordable Contemporary Watch Brand
Founded in 2024 by Rachit Jain and Saurabh Agarwal, Bruno Milano operates in the affordable and contemporary watch segment, with most of its products priced between Rs 2,000 and Rs 5,000.
The brand focuses on combining classic watch aesthetics with contemporary design elements. Its portfolio includes hand-finished quartz and chronograph watches aimed at consumers looking for stylish timepieces at accessible price points.
Some of its collections include the Vittorio Chrono, Ambrosiana Chic and Duomo Heritage ranges. Alongside individual consumer sales, Bruno Milano also offers customised corporate gifting solutions.
The company’s D2C approach allows it to control its product positioning, customer experience and digital marketing while leveraging e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms for distribution.
Quick Commerce Emerges as a New Channel for Watches
Bruno Milano’s focus on quick-commerce platforms highlights a broader shift in how consumers discover and purchase lifestyle products.
While traditionally dominated by groceries and everyday essentials, quick commerce is increasingly expanding into categories such as electronics, beauty, fashion accessories and other consumer products.
For brands like Bruno Milano, the channel offers an opportunity to improve product accessibility and tap into consumers seeking faster delivery for discretionary purchases.
The company plans to use its latest funding to strengthen its presence across these channels while expanding its product range.
D2C Watch Market Attracts Investor Interest
Bruno Milano’s latest funding comes amid growing investor interest in India’s emerging watch and accessories startups.
The company competes with brands such as Rotoris, Argos Watches, Jaipur Watch Company and Bangalore Watch Company, which are building businesses across affordable luxury, mechanical watches, heritage-inspired designs and premium timepieces.
Several players in the category have also attracted external capital. Rotoris raised $3 million, or around Rs 27 crore, in a seed round in December 2025 from investors including Nikhil Kamath, Venture Catalysts, 100Unicorns and Vivek Oberoi.
Argos Watches raised Rs 6.5 crore in an angel round in 2025 to fund product development and digital expansion, while Jaipur Watch Company had earlier secured Rs 2.4 crore in an angel funding round.
Bruno Milano Targets the Next Phase of Growth
With the latest capital infusion, Bruno Milano is looking to move beyond its early-stage D2C positioning and establish a broader presence in India’s watch market.
The company’s strategy centres on expanding its product portfolio while improving distribution across e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms. The focus on watches priced between Rs 2,000 and Rs 5,000 also positions the brand in a segment where consumers increasingly seek design-led products without moving into premium luxury price points.
As competition intensifies among India’s homegrown watch brands, Bruno Milano will need to balance product innovation, brand building and distribution expansion to establish a distinct position in the market.
The Rs 7.5 crore investment from Sauce VC and other investors gives the company additional capital to pursue these priorities and scale its presence across India’s rapidly evolving D2C and digital commerce ecosystem.
